Called the customer service where my address was apparently marked as invalid in the tracking. Big blank after I ask them to look at the picture provided by customs with the correct, readable, address printed on the label.
There is no customer service lol. I imported a package from far. It came. I paid tax. Then on the day of delivery I get a status “being delivered” then 1 hour later “package returned to sender wrong address”. The address was correct.
I have been trying to contact bpost since July this year, and just cannot do it. I had some good with expiration date of 6 months sent to me, and three months have passed since these were help in bpost - The delivery estimate was originally 3 days.
