Carefully read instructions on the charcoal lighting fluid and charcoal prior to use. When using charcoal lighting fluid, allow charcoal to burn until covered with a light ash (approximately 20 minutes) prior to closing door and placing dome lid on smoker. This will allow charcoal lighting fluid to burn off.
• After each use, clean the smoker thoroughly and reapply a light coat of oil to interior to prevent rusting. Cover the smoker to protect it from the weather.
