1 Ιουλ 2014 · A patch blanket is a great alternative for girls who prefer sashes, or who like to collect souvenir fun patches, and/or when a vest is full. Typically the blankets are full-sized (at least 50"x60" or larger; I would go with a full-sized blanket if possible, or at least a twin-sized).
You can wear your sash, vest, or tunic over official Girl Scout gear or over a white shirt and khaki pants or skirt. Depending on grade level, official uniform items may be blue, brown, green, or khaki.

Girl Scout Brownie Membership Pin. Journey Summit Award Pins. Journey Award Badges. Place your first Journey awards at the bottom of your vest. As you earn additional Journey awards, work your way up. If your Journey awards and badges don’t fit on the front of your vest or sash, you can wear them on the back.
There is no set placement rules for badges, however the following guidelines may be useful. If your daughter has opted for the sash, you may find it helpful add a couple of stitches at the crossover point, or we still have a few pin sash badges to purchase.
