Most officials must also consult their agency’s conflict of interest code to determine their disclosure level and their reportable interests. The Form 700 is a public document.
You must also report interests held by your spouse or registered domestic partner. Your agency’s conflict of interest code will help you to complete the Form 700. You are encouraged to get your conflict of interest code from the person who asked you to complete the Form 700.
