Please call Rumpke in advance to schedule bulk item collection. Rumpke will pick up one bulk item per week. More than half of your trash can be recycled! Your recycling is collected on the days highlighted in RED on the calendar to the right. See the reverse side of this postcard to review a list of acceptable recyclables. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Recycling Collection will be every other week. All items must be placed at the curb no later than 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled day of collection to avoid interrupted service. Please review the Street Listing shown to the right, or click the following link for your collection week.
You must schedule the pickup by the Monday prior to the Wednesday pickup to be included by emailing recycling@butlerborough.com or by calling 973-838-7200 (ext. 237). Email is the preferred method of contact.
16 Οκτ 2024 · The Green 2024 Recycling Calendar issued by Rumpke at the beginning of the year contained inaccurate collection dates for the months of October, November and December. Please note that your next recycling collection day is Tuesday, Oct. 22. Recycling will then be collected every-other-week on Nov. 5 and 19 as well as Dec. 3, 17 and 31.

Billing Due Dates. Trash and recycling is billed quarterly as follows: Dec 31 – Services rendered in January, February, and March. June 30 – Services rendered in July, August, and September. March 31 – Services rendered in April, May, and June. Sept 30 – For services rendered in October, November, and December.
