When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes Lenovo’s property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered Lenovo products and parts are eligible for replacement.
Lenovo warrants that each Machine is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Lenovo provides repair and exchange service for the Machine under the type of warranty service Lenovo designates for the Machine.
Replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days or, for the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period of the HP Hardware Product they are replacing or in which they are installed, whichever is longer.
