To renew an LPN license in California, you must meet the following basic requirements: Complete 30 contact hours of Continuing Education (CE) within the two-year renewal period. Pay the renewal fee (currently set at $220 for LPNs). Submit the renewal application online through the BVNPT portal or via mail.
