The menu, was mainly traditional, but also contained some healthy and innovative menu choices. The lentil and superior salad was quite tasty and the four desserts we shared were all delicious, with the frozen lemon gelato and tarte de titan being the crowd favorites.
Our all-day menu includes favourites such as Escargots, Croque Monsieur, Omelettes, the Colbert Hamburger and Soufflé Suisse, as well as seasonal weekly specials from our Head Chef, Sascha Rieb, and a selection of handcrafted patisseries and desserts – think Crème Brulée and Profiteroles.
We’re offering you and a guest the chance to experience Colbert’s delicious summer menu which features a delicious Whole Globe Artichoke Vinaigrette, sumptuous Grilled Octopus served with a tomato & chorizo salsa and the yummiest Tarte Fine aux Pommes.
