Past Exam Questions for the California Bar Exam and the First-Year Law Students' Exam.
This publication contains the performance test from the February 2021 California Bar Examination and two selected answers. The answers were assigned high grades and were written by applicants who passed the examination after one read.
This publication contains the five essay questions from the July 2021 California Bar Examination and two selected answers for each question. The selected answers are not to be considered “model” or perfect answers.
These are on the CA bar website with model answers for free. Don’t waste your time doing MPTs as MPTs are actually harder and more complex than the CA version. There’s about 9 of them released, so maybe aim to do 2 per week on Saturdays and sundays.
The bar exam study materials on this site are provided free of charge as a service to law students. Most of the diagrams are presented in both jpg and pdf form. If you are studying for the bar exam or law school exams, you might want to print these out and paper your walls with them.
