This publication contains the five essay questions from the February 2021 California Bar Examination and two selected answers for each question. The answers were assigned high grades and were written by applicants who passed the examination after one read.
These are on the CA bar website with model answers for free. Don’t waste your time doing MPTs as MPTs are actually harder and more complex than the CA version. There’s about 9 of them released, so maybe aim to do 2 per week on Saturdays and sundays.
1. What will the exam look like? What can I expect on the day(s) of the exam? • A full timed exam schedule for both days is posted. Each exam session begins with the identity verification process. Your start time begins immediately after the question appears; do not await further instruction.
3 Ιουλ 2024 · The State Bar of California releases past exam essay questions and selected answers from 2012 onward.
6 Ιουλ 2021 · The exam is scheduled to be administered on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 27 and 28, 2021. The July bar exam will have 200 Multistate Bar Exam (MBE) questions, with the essays and performance test on day 1 and the MBE on day 2. Applicants approved to take the Attorneys’ Exam will test on day 1 only.
