It can advise on rents, letting arrangements and tenancy agreements, as well as information on schools, banking, medical practices and other local facilities.
If you need short-term accommodation in Cambridge, there are many hotels and bed and breakfasts (B&B) in the city and surrounding area. The University's Accommodation Service can provide you with a list of temporary accommodation options.
There is the option to privately rent in Cambridge. The University has its own accommodation service, which you can sign up for and apply to rent some of their listed properties. Undergraduate students tend to be placed near the bottom in terms of priority because of the accommodation offered directly by the colleges.
University Staff Housing. An essential part of the vision for Eddington was to help key workers within the University of Cambridge find housing within the city. To that end, key worker homes are available to rent for qualifying staff members of the University, Colleges and Affiliated Institutions.
