It is an all girls camp, so there isn't the drama and distraction of boys. the Camp is in an ideal setting in the woods on a small lake in the Pocono mountains. The girls get to pick their activities from a wide range of sports, arts, dance, crafts, swimming and watersports.
Netimus provides a small (140 campers), supportive environment where girls can feel safe, secure and confident with a 2.5: 1 camper to counselor ration. In our 10 day, pre-camp session, staff are trained to encourage friendship and peer acceptance.
Camp Netimus has been a sleep-away camp for girls since 1930, and has helped thousands of girls have the summer camp experience of their life. We provide an exciting and enriching summer camp experience for girls ages 7-16.
