16 Ιουν 2015 · Right click on any of the PDF file & select Open With -> Choose the Default program. Default program window will pop up, then select Acrobat as the default program. At the bottom you will see a check box "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" make sure it is checked.
15 Μαρ 2022 · According to your description, to troubleshoot the issue, please try to change the default app for .pdf file via Windows settings> Apps> Default apps> set default apps by file type. You can select a browser to open pdf files, then open the workbook and test again.

7 Απρ 2017 · As a workaround, we can try this in Excel 2013 to fix the issue: Navigate to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View. Uncheck all the 3 options: Enable Protected View for Files originating from the Internet. Enable Protected View for Files located in potentially unsafe locations.

Make sure to choose All Files. The Navigator window will open. By default, Excel will convert the PDF file into a table named Page001. Select Page001 to see a preview of the table.
