25 Μαρ 2024 · Both the Canon 6D and T3i can shoot video, but the 6D has more advanced video capabilities. The 6D can shoot full HD video at 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second (fps), while the T3i can only shoot 720p video at 30 fps.
The 50mm that you're shooting now is closer to an 80mm on the APS-C sized T3i. A 50mm on the 6D will be better at taking indoor photos than your current set up does. The Canon 50mm 1.8 ($125) takes great photos for the price if you're not interested in dropping $1,400 for the Canon 50mm 1.2 red.
