Students. Students can quickly access Canvas on the web. Use the same login credentials that you use for your school device (if not using an Rockwood-issued device). Students can also access Canvas via the Canvas Student app on Google Play or the Apple App Store.

If you're a teacher, student, or parent using a free (non-school-associated) Canvas account, log in here. Make sure that your free account is for canvas.instructure.com or k12.instructure.com.

The student will log into his/her Canvas account through Launchpad. Once in Canvas, they will click on their account (circle with silhouette or photo) and click QR for Mobile Login. This will generate a QR code that is valid for 10 minutes.
As a parent, you can have a Canvas account that is paired with your student's account. This provides you with the ability to see everything assigned to your student, see what is due and when it is due, know if your student has turned assignments in, and view feedback on assignments from the teacher.
View Dashboard. The Dashboard is your landing page in Canvas. Depending on your institution, your Dashboard may default to one of three views: Card View, List View, or Recent Activity View. Card View: displays course cards for quick access to all your favorite courses (the same courses display in the Courses link from the Global Navigation Menu)
