I literally just got off the phone with Capital One. They have a hardship program. My monthly payment is now a minimum of 79$ a month until the balance is paid. My card is cancelled and no more interest is accuring on my account.

I had a pretty harsh beginning to the year and missed 5 Capital One payments. I was able to rescue my account in time before it got charged off and paid off a good amount after getting some cash. Earlier this week I sent a goodwill letter (in email) explaining my situation.
