Email us immediately if you see any eCrime or scams using Capital Group’s company or employee names. To assist us with inquiries, it’s important that you share as many screenshots, original messages and any other documentation of the scam that you are able to share.
These are entities that falsely claim to be registered, licensed, and/or located in the United States in their solicitation of investors. In many cases, SEC investigation reveals that the soliciting entities are not registered in the United States as they claim or imply.

Beware of investment promises — scammers put advertisements online for investments that offer returns that are too good to be true. Scammers often communicate via social media or text messaging — scammers often contact victims without prior notice using a Webmail (e.g., Gmail) email address or WhatsApp (or similar) messaging app.
