Carbon Brush Supply, since 1979, has provided carbon brushes for your electric motor, generator needs, and carbon rod for seals and bushings. We stock Martindale commutator maintenance products, brush holders, brush springs, or can clean and replace bobbins on existing spring clips.
When refitting, ensure that the spring clip is correctly placed in the brush guide and that the latching engages in the hole. Check by a slight pull on the clip to see that engagement
If you have existing spring clips with worn or damaged bobbins, we offer a service to clean and replace these bobbins. This allows you to restore your brush holders to their original condition without the need for complete replacement.
