The park features a 0.5-mile one-way gravel trail to a scenic overlook offering views of beautiful 60-foot-tall Cascade Falls. The falls are fed by East Creek which flows westward through this property before emptying into Big Creek.
Located in the northernmost tip of the scenic Nelson Ledges State Park, Cascade Falls is a unique waterfall that slides roughly 40 feet down the side of a rock face. Behind the waterfall is the small Gold Hunters Cave, which goes back about 50 feet.

17 Ιουλ 2024 · Located at the north end of the park, Cascade Falls is a beautiful 50-foot, low volume waterfall. Be careful to make sure you stay on the trail. There are marked trees and rocks but it is easy to get lost.
