In 3 years the company also has 121 closed complaints on the BBB which is fairly high. 30 are from the past 12 months alone. Further, just forty of those were resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

FIRSTLY, call their customer service (even if you think they might be fake), demand that your accounts be terminated and your money refunded. Also, DEMAND E-MAIL CONFIRMATION of the cancellation. I have two e-mails with their letterhead/logo confirming cancellation and refund.
