Our mission is to advocate for the lost and abandoned animals in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia through trap, neuter, release (TNR) programs, fostering, and adopting. We are a medical rescue, which means we never turn away an animal due to a pre-existing medical condition.

This includes the kittens/cats being spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, wormed, current on flea prevention, and Felv/FIV tested ( all negative for both ). So come on down and see us!!

At Orphan Angels, our foster and adoption programs aim to place homeless cats, including those with special needs, FIV, and FeLV, into loving forever homes. We believe that every cat is adoptable; some just require a little more time, patience, and understanding than others to find the perfect match. We are a free-roaming sanctuary.
