The CCI Stinger has the highest muzzle velocity of all CCI .22LR ammo (at 1,640 fps). However, muzzle velocity isn’t everything. For example, the .22 LR 40-grain CCI mini-mag has a copper-plated round nose with impeccable accuracy and a high muzzle velocity of 1,235 fps.
17 Ιουλ 2014 · CCI Standard Velocity is, like the name implies, a standard velocity 22LR round clocking in at 1070 FPS. Using a 40 grain, round nose, lead bullet, this is a plinking round with promise for more. In our 2014 22LR Shootout, this ammo would be a good place to start for most rifles.
