The substitute will be paid directly by Sub services. Do Not enter a Grant combo code to pay for a substitute. A sub report is generated and sent to Grants Fiscal Services. An expense adjustment will then be completed by Grants Fiscal Services to reimburse sub services for any allowable grant funded substitute charges.
sixty (60) days may be requested of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction by Substitute Services personnel. VIII.
