T-mobile advertises they have better service and more towers than others, but in practice in my area, it doesn't deliver. I'd suggest talking to other people in your area and finding out which services have good signal.
If you look up Mints BBB complaints there are over 1000 of them now, but only 6 are “unresolved”. Mint looks at each complaint and tries to resolve every one of them. This is supposed to be a last line of defense when contacting support does not work, but actually can accomplish things with Mint.
TrustPilot is the more accurate representation of company reviews and US Mobile has 4.8 there, higher than any other carrier there with 1000 reviews or more. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/usmobile.com. People only go to BBB to complain.
If you have a 5G phone, T-Mobile is likely the best. If not, Verizon still wins. So far T-Mobile is the only carrier to have widely deployed 5G on dedicated frequencies.

Like many things it all depends on the company, but BBB complaints have helped me out at least a couple of times over the years. The last I can think of was when I tried to sign up for AT&T wireless and was told I could cancel within a week with no charges if I had problems.
