  1. If you look up Mints BBB complaints there are over 1000 of them now, but only 6 are “unresolved”. Mint looks at each complaint and tries to resolve every one of them. This is supposed to be a last line of defense when contacting support does not work, but actually can accomplish things with Mint.

  2. It really depends on what you want from your cell service, and how good the service is where you live. My parents live in a heavily populated suburban area, but when they had consumer cellular (which supposedly uses the T-mobile network) they were never able to get a cell signal indoors.

  3. It really depends on where you live and where you use your phone most often. If you often travel outside of urban areas, then Sprint and T-Mobile are kind of useless IMO. If you live in a rural area then ATT and Verizon (or a carrier that uses their networks) are your only real options.

  6. TrustPilot is the more accurate representation of company reviews and US Mobile has 4.8 there, higher than any other carrier there with 1000 reviews or more. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/usmobile.com. People only go to BBB to complain.
