Section 1: Membership is open to all Century Village residents who have an interest in using computers/electronic devices. Membership commences upon submitting a completed application and payment of dues. All members must have an email address.
For a mere $15 per year in Club dues, a member can attend any number of classes, with no additional charges at all - ever. The Century Village Computer Club offers a wide variety of classes aimed at virtually any and every level of user.
Members are invited to bring their recalcitrant computer in for tuning up and repairs, and the innards of the machines are analyzed and updated. The club Web site offers ready access to answers when required, as well as an information source that is always on tap.
Classes. The Century Village Computer Club offers many various classes in specific computer programs during the year for its members. For those who are new to computers, we have Basic Beginner courses. We also offer Intermediate and Advanced Windows Courses. These are NOT open classes.
The Lectures are "open" to all members, and do not require registration. However, please remember to wear your ID's when you attend any Club function.. All Lectures and Classes are held in the Computer Classroom located on the second floor of the clubhouse.
