the date and time icon in task bar is missing (windows 7) and i am unable to restore it, because the date and time icon has disappeared totally. Can someone please tell me how to restore from windows 7 registry.

The advice in the main body of the article (about changing the view hidden folders and files setting) didn't work.
28 Σεπ 2009 · Small icons but still showing the time and date: It doesn't install but just has an exe that starts the clock. A shortcut can be put in the Startup folder so the clock starts with Windows.
29 Ιουν 2019 · With Windows 7 or Vista (32-bit or 64-bit) and small icons, you can show both the date and time using the free program Skinny Clock from RAWOS or Softpedia. I have version 1.15 Beta 1, which needs tweaking for optimum results. To Set autoload: (Right-click the icon in the Taskbar > Settings > General > tick Autorun).
