29 Ιουν 2019 · With Windows 7 or Vista (32-bit or 64-bit) and small icons, you can show both the date and time using the free program Skinny Clock from RAWOS or Softpedia. I have version 1.15 Beta 1, which needs tweaking for optimum results. To Set autoload: (Right-click the icon in the Taskbar > Settings > General > tick Autorun).

Try going to Taskbar Properties, click Customize and select Restore default icon behaviors. The date should be displayed by default, no matter what part of the screen you select for your taskbar. I just tried every possible combination and I always get the date right below the clock.

Select Change date and time settings. Check the Time Zone to ensure that it is correct. If not, click on the Change Time Zone button and set it appropriately. To change the date and/or time, click on Change date and time and allow or grant permission if prompted.
