Lin works with KRON 4 News where she serves the station as a News Anchor. She now anchors breaking news and live coverage for the station’s 24/7 streaming service, KRONon, and the Weekend Morning Newscasts.
Currently, Darya serves as a morning news anchor at KRON 4 since 1998. Darya is well known as the longest working anchor of KRON 4. Previously, Darya served as a morning anchor at Fox’s WTTG-TV.
The station debuted what was then the only local early morning newscast in the San Francisco television market on September 1, 1986, with the launch of Daybreak (which ran from 6:30 to 7 a.m., leading into Today). The first anchors were Lloyd Patterson and Lila Petersen.
