12 Ιουν 2014 · The cheapest mod to pick up 40+ horsepower will be a Tune and a Nitrous kit. Everything else will add noise, and you need to fully understand what you're willing to live with before you start down that road.
25 Αυγ 2009 · Try going to http://rpmoutlet.com as they have some great combinations of add-ons which they have tested, and as another poster said, the air intake, and exhaust are the cheapest upgrades. You can add about 50-60 HP with an air intake, a larger throttle body and elbow and even more with some headers.

I don't think I want to add a supercharger or a turbo to the car but part of me wants to hit that magic 500hp number. What would be the most cost effective and mechanically efficient way to get such a modest increase? Any thoughts and ideas are appreciated.

22 Μαρ 2010 · I recently bought my mustang in 11/09, and i just got my license this month. Its an 88 convert. and i put a BBK cold air intake in it already and 3.73 gears. I am still in high school and dont have tons of money but what are some easy and somewhat cheap ways to improve my power output?
