Look...respectfully....your didn't hear, you took 5 amazon reviews and drew a line to the sun. Rowenta is a BIFL iron and has been a great brand for years. EVERY product ever made has haters. Someone right now is in their Lamborghini Urus and calling it a piece of shit.
