Live bait is currently effective off the pier. Anglers are catching some King Mackerel, a few Barracuda, and Spanish Mackerel. Bottom fishing with shrimp or cut bait has been productive, bringing in the typical summer species such as Croaker, Whiting, and some Pufferfish.
