The 5.7 is a workhorse motor. Tough, reliable, strong and accessible. Sounds awesome and Can use regular gas, oil changes are not as frequent as the performance brothers. It's not a high compression, high revving, hot cammed, variable-intake performance engine. It's V8 fun without getting you in trouble.
