How to Apply. Application Process. Your CIEE international representative will invite you to Beacon to complete the participant application and will answer any questions you have while completing it. The application should be filled out with as much detail as possible to ensure that your application is processed quickly.

You should apply for new or renewed passport right away. You’ll need to enter passport data to complete the application task, so enter “000000000” as the passport number, and made-up dates for the issue and expiration.
