Our family of four (kids are 13 and 14) just returned from 8 days camping at Cinnamon Bay. This is hands down the best camping experience we have had. We are avid campers and have camped in the Florida keys as well as Martha's Vineyard and many more rustic areas.

Cinnamon Bay Beach and Campground is accepting reservations! Visit Cinnamon Bay Beach and Campround's official website to make reservations and see available amenities. After a long closure due to hurricane recovery and rebuilding damaged infrastructure, the campground reopened on January 22, 2022.
Our highlights included: hiking to the Reef Bay Sugar Mill ruins, hiking up Ram Head, snorkeling the Trunk Bay underwater trail, snorkeling with giant sea turtles in Maho Bay, and of course, camping at Cinnamon Bay.
This amazing beach is located on the north west side of the island of St. John. It is about 15 minutes from the Cruz Bay ferry terminal that drops you off on the far west side of this island. If you aren’t sure where the US Virgin Islands are, they are just east of Puerto Rico.
