Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela are selected for the first branch offices; many Lesering members here are European expatriates. In the 1970s, further Círculo branches are set up in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Uruguay, Costa Rica and temporarily in Peru and Chile.
