29 Ιουν 2012 · I have a Browning Citori XS Skeet that I suspect has a tad too long of an LOP and am wondering if there is a fairly simple way to test it with a thinner pad. I would like to avoid having the stock cut until I am certain it is necessary.

15 Αυγ 2020 · If you don't want the extra 1/4-inch these plates have, then you can either use a correspondingly thinner recoil pad, or saw 1/4-inch off the stock before installation . . . nearly every stock can tolerate 1/4-inch taken off the rear, and not run into problems with the adjustable comb.

Your best bet for a decent fitting and looking pad is to go with a "grind to fit." The thicker the pad, the greater the recoil attenuation, all things being equal.
