Please help, I am not able to login to the databases from home or off campus. Seeing an error message: filemissing:docs/suspend.htm or username is too long. What does this mean?
To access databases from off campus, you need to create a library account. To login using your Canvas credentials. account. If you need to reset your Citrus email password, click here: http://www.citruscollege.edu/tecs/studentemail/Pages/default.aspx.
18 Μαρ 2020 · All student library accounts expire on the last day of the term. If you register and pay for at least one class for the upcoming term, your expiration date may be extended. Otherwise, all books are now overdue, and you are no longer able to access library databases.
