This Code constitutes a complete recodification of the ordinances of the City of Fenton of a general and permanent nature. As expressed in the Adopting Ordinance, the Code supersedes all such ordinances not included herein or recognized as continuing in force by reference thereto.
An occupancy permit shall be required for all new Residential Dwellings before such Dwelling will be occupied; however, an occupancy permit is not required for the reoccupancy of an existing Residential Dwelling.
