28 Απρ 2024 · Civil War Generals II is a great strategy game that recreates the Civil War in the United States in a very accurate and detailed way. The game features a number of different campaigns and allows you to play as either the North or the South.
Windows 3.x Version. Here is the video game “Grant - Lee - Sherman: Civil War 2: Generals”! Released in 1997 on Windows, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a strategy game, set in a historical battle (specific/exact) theme and it was released on Windows 3.x as well.
30 Μαρ 2024 · The Sierra Help site (not an official Sierra site) has repackaged the original patch into a format compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8 for 64-bit machines. It's the last patch on the page. Simply download, extract and follow the install instructions. You would install this in your Civil War Generals 2 game folder.

Alternatively, you can download the file here which is what I did, (but obligatory, downloading DLLs from the internet comes with some risks, but this one seems fine). You have to place that .dll I’m the C:\WINDOWS\System32 AND in the C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64 folder.
