So, ca. 2 hours ago I started playing Kakarot, and even though I haven't finished the Raditz boss battle, here I am proving that you CAN mod DBZ Kakarot, and it's even easier than Xenoverse! Here's a proof of viewing the 3D model of Goku using UEViewer (the game uses UE 4.21.2 pak files):
