So people went from good customer service and rave reviews about the tarps, to a couple of years(or more!) of complaints about not being able to contact anyone after orders were placed. Finally, the guy did the right thing and just officially went out of business.

I have had this 3-season hammock in nighttime temperatures from 40 degrees to about 80 degrees. The weekend it was 40 the weatherman steered me wrong and I only had a sleeping bag rated to 55 and was definitely chilly, not the hammocks fault.
I did use the Vertex again this summer though, and had a much better experience. I'm working on a second review. **tl;dr : Excellent service and quality. Experience but sensitive to good site selection! ** 3 trees in the right configuration aren't as common as….
