9 Απρ 2015 · Don't damage an evaporator by ramming straightened coat hanger through the evaporator coils !!! See YouTube, look up cleaning an air conditioner drain. One also has similar drain in refrigerator (to a condensate pan) and in home AC units.

16 Σεπ 2013 · For the AC drain hose, the only time I would worry is if your car didn't "pee" from behind the front right wheel in the summer. That being said, it is located in the footwell under the glovebox (so yes, passenger side US). You have to remove the floormat and peel back the carpet.
25 Απρ 2014 · Has anyone done a write up of using Einszett Klima-Cleaner to foam clean the AC Evaporator? I just bought a used 2008 Rogue S AWD and it has typical mold odor from the AC. I have confirmed that the drain tube is open and draining, I'm just guessing that the evaporator has never been cleaned.
