The Cobell Scholar community is exclusively for those who have been awarded a Cobell Scholarship at any point during their postsecondary academic journey and are currently enrolled in a postsecondary institution.
IEI’s Online Application Scholarship and Information System (OASIS) is accessible online via cobellscholar.org.
