I'm using National instruments, both the Vision Builder software ($2500) and full Labview($20000) using $900 Flir cameras. No complaints so far.
We've had pitches and demos from their competition, but none that were more appealing than Cognex for full fledged deep learning machine vision. That said I will make a couple recommendations based on my experience:
Cognex has good out of the box hardware with simple to use software. Keyence will have something similar but it will probably be more pricey. They also have high level controllers with insanely good vision tools.
