So, after a few months of work over the summer, I launched an XWiki-based version of openCaselist for the 2011-12 college debate season. While there were some growing pains, I think it was unambiguously a massive improvement over the Wikispaces version.
Competitive debate, also known as forensics or speech and debate, is an activity in which two or more people take positions on an issue and are judged on how well they defend those positions.
The Wiki allows similar searching abilities for free. I can either just click on a school on the sidebar to see all of their documents, or I can filter by school in a search on the Wiki. I can filter by specific people using the "Uploaded By," "Creator," and "Last Author" filters.
The World Universities Debating Championship (WUDC) is the world's largest international debating tournament and one of the largest annual international student events. WUDC is held in the British Parliamentary format (involving four teams of two people in each debate).
