7 Μαρ 2023 · You should now get prompted to log in from auth.msu.edu (Okta). Your Email should be pre-filled in. Enter your NetID password and select the blue Sign In button. Okta will now prompt for MFA verification. Select the method you prefer and complete the verification.
13 Μαρ 2023 · Open Outlook. Enter your MSU email address. Enter your MSU NetID password. Select Sign In. You're done! Outlook should automatically configure itself and connect your Spartan Mail account. Additional Info.
7 Μαρ 2023 · Enter your email address (netid@msu.edu) and select Connect. You will be prompted to authenticate with your MSU NetID password. You will then be prompted to authenticate with your MFA credential. Select the appropriate method and follow the prompts.
18 Μαρ 2023 · Open the browser to the shared mailbox using this format: http://outlook.office365.com/owa/sharedmailboxname@msu.edu. Enter your MSU email address (<netid>@msu.edu) Select Next. Enter your NetID password. Select Sign In.
