During Open Enrollment or with a Life Event, you can update plan coverage in the UNC System Enrollment Portal: Log in to ConnectCarolina Self Service with your Onyen and password and DUO verification.
How to Enroll for UNC System and/or NC Flex Plans. Log in to ConnectCarolina Self Service. Click on the My Benefits tile. Click on Benefits Enrollment on the left. Choose UNC System Enrollment Portal. Click Continue. Make all of your enrollment selections.
