Cosmetologist License by Examination Based on Florida Education (COSMO 1) A Florida cosmetology license is required to perform cosmetology services. For applicants who have completed their cosmetology education in Florida, you must apply utilizing this form.
You are eligible to practice cosmetology under the supervision of a licensed cosmetologist in a licensed cosmetology salon. You must provide the salon owner or representative with a copy of the exam results.
