I cancelled my State Farm policy on Jan 19th 2024, due to the bill going higher and higher each month (I pay monthly) Found it cheaper elsewhere. I was told I would get a refund for the portion of the month I didn't use, and was told it would take up to 2 weeks.
I already have active insurance replacing the old policies. Just curious on how much time/hassle this could be. 2-10 minutes to cancel. 2-10 business days on the refund depending on electronic deposit or physical check. Not generally a hassle.
